People I Still Think About, 2023

This is a short compilation of 10 anecdotes, that introduce 10 people, who were once momentarily present in my life long time ago, and I still think of until this very day in Fram of the project Artists As Independent Publishers (A.A.I.P.).
Each chapter follows an original hand printed etching illustration related to the anecdote. The prints are not glued, just attached with photo corners. They can be removed, framed for display, altered, painted on, sent as postcards, put in a collage together or just be left in the book.
All text is written by hand, photocopied on grey paper and bound together with beige thread. I chose a hardcover for this edition, because I wanted each exemplar to be protected and heavy; competitive to the softness of human skin.
The hardcover design is a Christmas wrapping paper I found at the art store that caught my attention just because it looks like grandma crockery and long lasting.
All copies have the exact same content and are put together with the same technique, although the hardcover design and the pages colour are be different and unique to each; as well as the etching prints which are all printed from the same zinc plates, but as every hand made product, they differ from one another.
